You can permanently delete your NOW 1.1 account and all associated data at any time.
Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
If you cannot access the app, email support@now11.life from the address on your account (or include your username) and ask us to delete your account. We will process the request within 30 days.
We permanently remove your account, profile, posts (chatters/promotions), chats and messages, stars, blocks, ratings, rewards data, avatar, player-mode activity, and push tokens. Some records may persist briefly in encrypted backups before being overwritten, and we may retain minimal records where required by law.
