This Privacy Policy explains how Lemon LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play our mobile games — currently Lemon Ludo and Spades 3D (each a "Game," together the "Games") — on Android. By downloading or playing a Game, you agree to the practices described here.

Your virtual-currency balance (coins / Lemon Slices), settings, and progress are stored locally on your device and, where a Lemon LLC account is enabled, synced to our backend. Because our Games share a common economy, a signed-in balance may be shared across our Games.
The Games rely on the following service providers, each of which may collect and process data under its own privacy policy:

We show ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your region and consent, ads may be personalized (based on your ad profile) or non-personalized.
The Games are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Games and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Purchase and validation records are kept as required for accounting and fraud prevention. Account data is deleted upon a verified deletion request, subject to legal retention obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Our service providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States; where required, appropriate safeguards are applied to such transfers.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-Game notice.
