Terms of Service — Lemon LLC Games

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games published by Lemon LLC (studio label "Now 1.1") ("we," "us," or "our") — currently Lemon Ludo and Spades 3D (each a "Game," together the "Games"). By downloading or playing a Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Games.

1. Eligibility

The Games are intended for general audiences. You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Games and make purchases only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to use the Games

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Games for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. Virtual currency (coins / "Lemon Slices")

• Our Games use a shared virtual currency — referred to as coins in Spades 3D and Lemon Slices in Lemon Ludo. When you are signed in to a Lemon LLC account, this balance may be shared across our Games.
• Virtual currency is a virtual, in-Game item. It has no monetary value, is not real currency, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for anything of value outside the Games.
• Virtual currency is licensed to you, not sold. You do not own it, and it is non-transferable between accounts or players.
• Except where required by law, purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable.
• We may create, manage, modify, price, discontinue, or remove virtual currency and its uses at any time. If your access is terminated for a violation of these Terms, unused balances may be forfeited.

4. In-app purchases

• Coin/Lemon Slice packs and other purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are also subject to Google's applicable terms.
• Prices are shown in the Game and may change. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy and applicable law.

5. Virtual items and cosmetics

Cosmetic items, character art, and skins that you unlock or purchase are licensed, not owned. They carry no real-world value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued. We may revoke items obtained through error, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or otherwise manipulate the Games, virtual currency, or matchmaking;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Games or our systems;
• Use offensive, harassing, or infringing display names or conduct toward other players in online play;
• Use the Games for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

7. Online play and third-party services

Online multiplayer is provided using Photon (Exit Games GmbH); ads are provided by Google AdMob; and purchases are processed by Google Play. Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Games are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Games will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemon LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Games. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Games will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lemon LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Games or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Games at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 8, 9, and 10) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-Game notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us to seek an informal resolution.
